CANCELLATION POLICY
Hello there! Just a reminder that at Gionni Styles you have a 15 minute grace period if you’re running late for your appointment. I will send a reminder text after 20 minutes. Once you are 30 minutes late for your appointment and you haven’t contacted me, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellation notice: You can also cancel your appointment 24 hours before your appointment time without being charged a service fee. Anything after 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service.
